We offer a wide variety and selection ranging from Greece and Italy to Southern BBQ and home-style traditional. Below is our current menu of catering items. We will be adding to this list as time goes forward and if you have any questions with regards to pricing, please feel free to contact us for a quote.
Smoked Chicken Wings – slow smoked and baked in our very own Cherry-Q sauce.
Smoked BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich – smoked 8 hours over Jack Daniels hickory wood, offered with Honey BBQ, Cherry-Q, or Hot BBQ Sauce.
Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich – smoked 8 hours over Jack Daniels hickory wood, seasoned with a sweet and zesty rub and injected with a mixture of stock, apple juice and brown sugar. Offered with Honey BBQ, Cherry-Q, or Hot BBQ Sauce.
Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs – smoked over 10 hours, offered with Honey, Cherry-Q or Hot BBQ Sauce.
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Legs – We take a nice sized chicken leg and wrap it in center cut bacon. Toss it in the smoker over apple-wood till the bacon turns dark red. Offered with Honey, Cherry-Q or Hot BBQ Sauce.
Italian Meatball Sub Sandwich – 3 ounce meatballs covered with our signature pomodoro sauce on a soft hoagie roll with fresh Parmesan cheese.
Pasta Carbonara – Florentine Style, with maple bacon sprinkled throughout.
Chicken Parmesan – Chicken breast fillets that are battered and tossed in our Panko bread crumb mixture then fried in extra virgin Greek olive oil. Once they’re golden crisp, we top each portion with slices of mozzarella, and cover them in our signature pomodoro sauce.
Spaghetti with or without meatballs – Either way you’re bound to enjoy this dish. Pasta cooked al’dente, then tossed in our signature pomodoro sauce. If you go for the meatballs (1oz size), you won’t be disappointed!
Pasta Carbonara – Greek Style
Chicken Souvlakia (kebab) – Grilled chicken cooked to order, basted with latholemono, served on grilled pita bread with vegetables and our own tsatziki sauce.
Pork Souvlakia (kebab) – Pork grilled and cooked to order, basted with latholemono, served on grilled pita bread with vegetables and our own tsatziki sauce.
Pastitsio – the Greek cousin to Lasagna, a layered dish of authentic pasta, ground beef spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, mushrooms, sweet onion, and topped with bechamel sauce and sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan.
Moussaka – Pastitsio, but with eggplant instead of noodles.
Politika Gemista (stuffed veggies) – Tomatoes and green peppers stuffed with a mixture of rice, pine nuts, and raisins.
Avgolemono Soup – A Greek Island style chicken and rice soup.
Fasolatha Soup – A Greek island favorite with a BBQ twist! We start with the bone from our pork shoulder, and use that as a stock for the soup. Toss in some beans and tomato sauce with a little Greek seasoning, and it’s ready!
Pan Roasted Vegetables – served in a honey and red wine sauce.
Tiropita – Feta, Ricotta and Parmesan cheese blend wrapped in Phyllo dough triangles.
Spanakopita – Spinach, greens and Feta and Ricotta cheese wrapped in Phyllo dough triangles.
Horgiatiki (village) Salad – Traditional Greek village salad made with cucumbers, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, red onions, green peppers, capers and our house dressing and optional Feta cheese.
Summer Salad – A simpler version of the Village Salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, and white onion) topped with our house dressing and optional Feta cheese.
Baklava – Layers of flaky, buttery Phyllo dough and cinnamon sprinkled walnuts, covered with a special syrup made with sugar, honey, cloves and cinnamon. Our own take on a Turkish classic handed down from 3 generations of our family!
Kadaifi – A delicious, sweet pastry made with a nutty center, rolled inside crisp shredded phyllo dough, and soaked in a sweet syrup.
Karithopita – One of Nico’s favorites! A spiced cake batter filled with crushed walnuts, baked until completely dry, then re-moistened with a sweet honey-lemon syrup!
Amygdalota – A Greek cookie made of almonds ground to a flour and orange blossom water, lightly dusted with powdered sugar. Gluten Free!
Kourambiedes – A round Greek butter cookie with almonds and covered in powdered sugar.
Coconut Macaroons – fresh coconut baked to golden perfection, dipped in chocolate ganache.
Decadent Filled Cupcakes – Various flavors from Red Velvet, Key Lime and Tiramisu, to Reese’s Chocolate Peanut Butter and Boston Cream! You can even choose which to be filled with custom made flavors inside, and baked with super moist cake flavors to match.
Cookie Tray – A variety of chocolate chip, peanut butter, chocolate peanut butter, white chocolate macadamia nut, oatmeal raisin, almond, and sugar cookies, a flavor for every taste bud!
