I like to think of myself as a great cook, not a chef. A chef is someone who went to school to learn all the tricks of the trade and probably studied under a lot of fancy names. I learned from my ma’ma, who learned from her ma’ma, who learned… well you get it! From a young age I followed my mom around in the kitchen learning all the little secrets to making all the dishes that we offer. There is nothing quite like being transported to the origin of the cuisine, simply from the taste of a particular dish on your palette. That is what we hope to inspire with every single one of our customers who choose Nico’s Kitchen.
We started this business because we have an amazing passion not only for the food which we make, but also that we are able to bring our cuisine to our customers.
